Our clients are assigned a dedicated account manager and following consultation we prepare a full proposal including suggested venues, leisure or pre-conference activities, speakers, suppliers, transportation and full itinerary.
We can arrange site visits for you, accompanied or otherwise, whichever you prefer, and negotiate with venues and suppliers on your behalf
Syndicate rooms and breakout activities can be arranged, as well as team building, ice-breakers or activities to ensure delegates stay focussed! And for leisure time we arrange social programmes to suit all delegates, from dinner bookings to excursions, gala dinners or cultural experiences.
We also offer full post-event evaluation if required
